Our firm is compensated on a contingency basis. The fee is a small percentage of the total claim paid by the insurance carrier. We are highly trained and work exclusively in the business of insurance claims management. We only work in our client's best interest as claims consultants - no settlement is made without your express consent and agreement.
HAVE YOU EVER READ YOUR INSURANCE POLICY?   Many points may be vague and require interpretation, as well as a thorough knowledge of the prevailing laws. Every piece of property lost must be researched for replacement and actual cash value must be proven. The policyholder is obligated to provide evidence supporting the claim. This is based on the principal of law that the aggrieved party must bear the burden of proof. You don't want to accept a settlement which falls short of restoring the full amount of your loss.

ILC's experience indicates in many cases, the insurance carrier's opening offer was far below what our client's ultimately received. Regular conferences are held with you in person and by telephone. All claims are thoroughly documented, archived and available to you. No settlement is ever approved by anyone, but you. ILC will advise you and make recommendations, but YOU ALWAYS MAKE THE FINAL DECISION! You are encouraged to contact our references to verify our reputation of solid performance in claims adjustment.
